The primary bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a plush Cal-king bed adorned with premium linens. Unwind after a long day with a soak in the ensuite bathroom's hot tub, or indulge in a relaxing sauna session for the ultimate pampering experience.

The second bedroom offers a unique loft layout, with a cozy queen bed nestled in the loft space and a full sofa bed below, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests.

In the Coachella room, you'll find another queen bed and a queen sofa bed, offering comfortable accommodations for additional guests or family members.

Last but not least, the sauna room offers a tranquil retreat with its twin-size pull-out bed, perfect for those seeking a private space to recharge and refresh.

Guest Access:
* You will have the entire house, property and garage to yourself.
* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Pets allowed - Pets: $75 (does not apply to service animals)

* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Bermuda Dunes.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is $149/night.

* Prior to check our management company requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
