You will never want to leave the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf with ample seating to sit, sip and dine; the views do not get any better than this! *This vacation rental is equipped with a ring doorbell for your security and protection.
We care for Blue Vista as a home and resort retreat. We strive to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where precious forever memories are made! It is beautifully appointed and artfully decorated throughout and stocked with everything you would normally need in a vacation home.
This vacation oasis is perfect for a larger family, two smaller families, or couple looking to enjoy the best views in style. Blue Vista offers a king bed in the primary with ensuite bathroom and private balcony to view the sunset, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds (twin over twin). Sleeps up to 8. The unit includes 3 sizable high-end TV's, WIFI, cable, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and many special touches. Blue Vista has everything you need for a great escape!
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is cleaned and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.
RESORT FEE:
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.
The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
