COOLING SYSTEM:
The property is equipped with an evaporative central cooling system, which works works well in dry, desert climates. In addition, the home provides ceiling fans, portable tower fans, as well as room darkening shades, making for a cool and comfortable stay for our guests.

HOT TUB:
⋗ Provide at least 2 days notice if possible prior to check-in if you plan to use the hot tub, so we can ensure it is adequately prepared for your enjoyment.
⋗ We will provide you with the lock code, along with detailed guidelines and rules for using the hot tub spa, for guest safety and health.
