Lovely 5 bedroom Reunion Resort home!

This luxury Reunion home is located within the Homestead area of Reunion, within easy walking distance to the Reunion Grande, The Clubhouse and The Seven Eagles Pool and Pavilion.

This villa has its own private screened pool and a Star War themed games room. The bright open concept home has a comfortable living area with high vaulted ceiling and wall mounted 75 inch flat screen TV. There is a formal dining area with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar (seats 2). And if additionl room is needed, you can seat 4 more at the adjoining Breakfast Nook.

The spacious ground floor Primary suite has a King size bed, large TV and large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, large tub, and walk-in shower. A gallery landing leads to four additional upstairs bedrooms, three with queen beds and flat screen TVs. The remaining bedroom is a Twin/Twin, and there are 2 full upstairs bathrooms.

Unwind in the outdoor private swimming pool with spill-over spa, flat-screened TV under a covered lanai. There is a patio seating area that seats 6 and there are loungers out by the pool. An additional half bathroom is located outside - right off the lanai for your convenience.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. Reunion Resort is only 2 minutes from I-4 which will take you to the theme parks, outlet shops, malls, other restaurants, night life, etc. You are also only about 1 hour from the beautiful beaches of Clearwater. Never a dull moment in Reunion!

Please Note: If renting this property, you will have access to most community pools, the fitness center at Seven Eagles, restaurants and bars. Although you will not have access to the Reunion water park or golfing, there is an amazing water park at Margaritaville (just minutes away), and golfing at Champions Gate (right down the block).

Fabulous home close to golf, parks, and shopping!
We loved our stay at this beautiful well equipped home that offered everything our family needed for a relaxing family reunion. The property contact Eileen was amazing at handling our reservation, she made it a smooth process and we so appreciated her professionalism and prompt feedback. The local property contact Alex was there for a couple small issues that came up, and took care of them immediately. I would definitely return for a visit to this home in the future, it checked all of our boxes. Thank you for a great stay.

Could use a fine tuning.
Just a few things about our stay, this property could use a little TLC and a deep cleaning. Upon arrival I called as I couldn't figure out how to unlock the door- the property manager was quick to answer, friendly and helpful. Upon moving in there was a dead lizard on the master bedroom floor and many dead bugs in the bathtub, I get it, those things happen, but I wish there would have been better attention to detail when the housekeeper was checking the unit before we arrived. The next morning after I cleaned the bugs out of the tub the tub faucet handle fell off in my hand. I know the management would have came and fixed it if I were to call but let's face it, no one wants a maintenance person in their rental home on their vacation. The entire house could use some new towels and wash clothes. For the 5 bathrooms there were only 4 wash clothes and 3 hand towels. The kitchen could use a pair of scissors and a pizza cutter as well. The hot water lasted only about 7 minutes and that is only if nothing else was running. The neighbors who appeared to live in the home next door as they had tons of traffic were a little loud and played music very late into the night. You could only hear it on one side of our house but they would also fight and it would make you feel awkward if you were outside at the same time. Other than that, it is nice home. I am not sure I would pay the price I did again for what we got. There are other homes in the area for about $1000.00 less per week.

Reunion Spring Break
Pros: The Reunion location was safe and walkable with well manicured lawns and grounds. The 5 bedroom layout with the first floor master and additional 4 bedrooms upstairs was perfect for our adult family of five to each enjoy privacy. We especially enjoyed the covered outdoor space and pool deck. Cons: The blue fabric sectional and pillows were past it’s prime and in need of replacement as well as the outdoor patio furniture cushions. We covered them with our own quilts that we had brought. The bath towels were also very worn and not luxurious as one would expect in a home with this rental price. The master shower tile had mold in the grout in several places and the master bedroom entry threshold had black duck tape over it. The carpet in the MBR and upstairs was also stretched and well worn. The garage game room had many dead bugs and lizards but it is a garage and an outdoor space so not as big of a deal. The screen door to the patio was bent but was functional. The overall impression of the home was that it was in need of a thorough cleaning and replacement of soft furnishings. We have stayed in vacation homes annually for over twenty years and this home unfortunately was the most worn and tired we have ever been in and not up to our standards. We are a blessed, spoiled family and are accustomed to finer living and furnishings. Despite the cons, our adult family of five enjoyed our Florida vacation.

My family & I had an amazing time at this property. Pool was enjoyed by all. The house is very spacious even with 6 adults & 2 kids. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots:pans etc to cook if you want to. Publix is up the block to grab everything you need along with liquor store & places to grab food & take home. Great stay & we will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this house. The location was great and the house was perfect for our group. We love the pool area and spent most of our time there. When we had any issue come up the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our 2 families. The kids LOVED the pool, and the adults enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The kitchen was well-equipped, there were plenty of towels, and the beds comfortable. The management team was very accommodating and responsive!

Wifi didnt initially work, but that was promptly taken care of. Paid for pool heat and bbq. Pool and hot tub never got warm or hot. Bbq tank was empty, found when we went to feed hungry overtired children. House had hair everywhere. The kicker, the master bed had bed bugs. I am absolutely covered in bites. No access to resort perks. We have stayed in this resort before, first time at this house so it was a let down not being able to do all the things we’ve been able to do on previous trips.

Perfect Christmas Vacation Home
We stayed here the week between Christmas/New Years. The home was clean and stocked with essentials to get you started. Great view of fireworks on New Years Eve. Will definitely stay here again!

My family really enjoyed their stay. The home offered enough entertainment for the kids, we could barely get them out of the game room. The pool and outdoor TV was a favorite hangout area for us. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. We did have to pay a little extra to visit the water park but it was worth it. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beyond perfection
This property was perfect for our family! Everything was in great condition and in working order. Anthony and Alex were more than accommodating. If we had any questions they were there to assist us immediately. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was great! We used it every day. The resort is nothing short of amazing! There are multiple pools on the property along with a water park for the kids. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again soon!

Great location for parka
House is nice, neighborhood is beautiful. Lack of necessities provided - no hand soap or towels for kitchen, no coffee filters, no tissues in house anywhere. Towels were stained. No hooks in master bath to hang towels. Shower in master was not properly cleaned, found hair still in it. The property management company needs to step up their services IMO.

House was fabulous. Plenty of room for everyone with all the comforts of home.
Our stay was wonderful. House was spotless and being from Michigan, we particularly enjoyed the pool and outside sitting area. The property manager, Five Star Villas, were immediately available if we had any questions. They were awesome! Looking forward to our stay next February.
