About this property

Rosie Tiny Home in Community First! Village

Welcome to the most talked about neighborhood in Austin, Texas! Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness. A development of Mobile Loaves & Fishes, this transformative residential program exists to love and serve our neighbors who have been living on the streets, while also empowering the surrounding community into a lifestyle of service with the homeless.

{Our Rosie Tiny Home is a tiny house on a 15ft chassis and originally built for a homeless Veteran. Rosie, has an open floor plan. Gourmet full kitchen, and spacious tiny ensuite bathroom. The interior was custom built with Texas shiplap and trimmings. This home is filled with beautiful one of kind art pieces that our formerly homeless artists have created. One of our best photo-ops is the STUNNING Texas Yellow Rose mural painted on the exterior, by an AWESOME Austin Artist.
