The property is located within steps of the world famous PGA National Golf Resort, home to the Honda Classic (now the Cognizant Classic) on the PGA Tour. There are 5 golf courses, tennis, beautiful parks & bicycle paths within the community. Gorgeously renovated and reconfigured kitchen opened, textured ceilings, new floors updated bathrooms. Security gates and security guards throughout community assuring a safe stay. End unit makes all the difference giving you bonus window, upgraded doors and appliances. My unit has been renovated on the exterior as well. New roofs, new shutters, upgraded landscape, private garden area, grill, fantastic gated community! (Full family golf membership available with annual or seasonal rental, subject to additional membership transfer fees) Guests get access to the Heated Community Pool, Tennis Courts and Playground at PGA National Park.
*Guests are welcome to visit the beautiful PGA National Resort and dine at one of their fabulous restaurants. They include a small market, Honeybelle (American cuisine) The Butcher's Club (steakhouse) , Sushi by Bou, & a super cute Diner!

I'm moved to South Florida from upstate New York in 1987. I love to travel and explore new places, culture and dining experiences. Some of my favorite things to do are watching live music, dining, travel and spending time with family.
Why they chose this property
I absolutely love the community, beauty, beaches and nightlife. Palm Beach Gardens is an amazing city with a lot of opportunities for business growth, excellent schools and a wonderful place for families of all ages.
What makes this property unique
My golf cottage has been completely renovated and has been remodeled with top of the line furnishings. I also have an excellent cleaning company that comes in and thoroughly sanitizes and cleans everything from top to bottom in between every rental.
