This is a 3 B/R, 2 bath double wide & sleeps 7 people. Open Kitchen with dining & living room on beautiful Toledo Bend just off highway 6 close to Pendleton Bridge which takes you to the Texas side of the lake. Great rental for a family get away or a group of fishermen. There is a large deck on the lake side looking out to the lake where you will spend many hours when not on the lake & a front deck for easy entrance. Just down from Tonti is a community boat ramp for easy excess to the water.
Tonti’s Retreat will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Tonti’s Retreat Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Tonti’s Retreat are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
