Walk to putt putt golf, ice cream shops, Hocker's Market, Difiebo's Market, Charlie K BBQ, Ocean View Brewing Company, Honey's and more! Nature preserves, John West Park, Freeman Performing Arts center, and a host of other local venues are a quick car ride in the area. Beach fun during the days with peaceful quiet nights. The home is newly furnished with comfy sofa and chairs, widescreen mounted TV, large dining room table and 2 breakfast bars. First floor Master Suite with own full bathroom. Second floor with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have new plush king size beds. Spacious loft area upstairs with super size love sac and widescreen TV. Back yard and front porch have Adirondack chairs for lounging and enjoying the salt air, sunny days and starry night skies. 2 kayaks with paddles and 2 beach bikes are available for guest use.

We are a third generation Beach family! My husband and I met at the Beach many summers ago. We have a lifetime of fun and memories here and hope you will love your time here as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We start our days biking and running just across the street on the Assawoman Canal trail. We have paddled either on our boards or kayaks down the canal to the salt pond it’s an amazing ride! We love to Surf at Indian River Inlet early mornings. We enjoy riding our bikes to the beach in less than 5 minutes. We love walking to dinner at Honeys, Ocean View Brewing and Difiebos. We also love Amato pizza carry out!

What makes this property unique

Our home decor is “boat house chic” We made it comfy, cozy and kept it the color of the beach. The rooms are spacious and private. We love sitting on the front porch for coffee and having drinks out back at the end of the day.
