The house is a short drive from Hwy 72, central to many shopping plazas and restaurants. Additionally, it is located near top-rated schools such as Legacy Elementary School and Monrovia Middle School.

We have provided two dining spaces for your convenience. You can talk to your loved ones from the adjacent dining room that seats 6, or from the open, expansive kitchen that is a short step away.
