Here in the North Beach neighborhood, you'll have so much within a mile of your front door, from bustling Ballard to spectacular sunsets at Golden Gardens Park.

This two-story home sits on the north side of Seattle, about half a block from North Beach Park and Natural Area. Parking is stress-free and easy (with a garage, a driveway, and ample street parking), and a wide assortment of restaurants and shops are within a few minutes.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the classic charms of craftsman design in a contemporary style. Think beautiful beamed ceilings, chic modern furnishings, and gas fireplaces in both the formal living room and the more casual family room. The natural heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, a gorgeous open space with stainless steel Viking appliances, granite countertops, an island breakfast bar, streamlined cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry.

Spend the evening hours sharing homemade dinners in the formal living room or outside beneath the umbrella on the garden patio. Afterwards, you can watch movies on cable, DVD, Blu-ray, or streaming services, play board games in the den upstairs, or escape to the home office to log onto the high-speed WiFi. When it's time to turn in, choose between four bedrooms, including a primary suite with an en suite bath and a walk-in closet. A laundry room and central air conditioning are provided as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
