We thoroughly enjoyed our week, visiting Marco Island for the first time. Check in process, though not on-site, was very clearly communicated and quite easy. Though a bit of a walk to the water's edge, the view was lovely, and a cup of coffee on the porch before or after a shelling walk was delightful. The linen closet was well-stocked and kitchen easy to maneuver. The beds were very comfortable. We'd only suggest adding a drying rack for those dishes we did by hand, and a suggestion of possibly having more than two keys (as we were a group of four adults with differing interests and schedules). A key is required to lock the condo door on departure, and the entire complex is very heavily (excessively heavily?!) gated with keyed access needed for entry to the beach from at least one location, and touchpad entrance needed for entrance at all others. The complex across the street with tennis and pickleball courts, corn hole, shuffleboard and actual bocce courts was enjoyed by all. The only disappointment (more for some in our family, less for others) was just how crowded the pool was. There was not a possibility of two chairs next to one another after 11:00 in the morning the entire week we were there. We bypassed the pool altogether and spent the bulk of our time happily on the beach.
