WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
It was the worst stay experience I have ever had! To start day one I showed up and flushed the toilet and water then sprayed everywhere. The customer service is awful. I was without AC for over 12 days at least and was only given a portable AC unit by maintenance they never hired someone to fix it. They like to tell you that they have put in a work order but multiple occasions I called the front desk and they stated they had no work order in the system. That isn’t even the worst of all, I was denied access into the property for over 24 hours. Also, the garbage disposal and dishwasher didn’t work properly as when I washed dishes the sink would fill up with dirty water that would stink up the apartment. It made it impossible to clean dishes. I made them aware of this issue, and for three weeks they never had someone come fix it. It still hasn’t been fixed so don’t expect it to be fixed during your stay. So, if you want to sleep in 80 degree temperatures and have 50/50 chance of accessing the place you should stay here. Not worth the price, and again worst customer service. They say sorry for the inconvenience and continue to do the same thing. I do not know how they are able to have there property’s rented they should be removed from the site. I DESERVE A REFUND
