When you arrive to the property you will be at the base of Clinch mt. This unique getaway is located in beautiful Mendota. You will have 60 acers to explore. When you enter the cabin, you step back in time with a modern twist. You have 1800sq.ft. Of cabin it has tongue and groove pine walls, hardwood floors and hickory kitchen cabinets and antique furniture. You will have a spacious yard. You can enjoy dinning outdoors and later gather at the firepit. You can enjoy biking and hiking on the Mendota trail. Kayaking and tubing at Adventure Mendota. If you want to see a gorgeous view anytime of the year you can hike to the fire tower. Then have lunch at The Store. Old time country music is what you are looking for the Carter fold is 15 mins away Creation Zoo is 45 mins. away the devil's bathtub 45mins. Come and experience the safe and peaceful country living. I have lived in Mendota all my life. I love Mendota because it is so peaceful and a safe area. I love the country life. We have wonderful neighbors and I know just about everyone here. I go fishing, swimming and kayaking the river. I do a lot of gardening and home canning.

I like being a host because you meet so many people from different places. I decide to become a host so people could enjoy the country as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

I think the cabin in disguise is unique because, it is a mobile home outside but when you step in you feel like you have step back in time but, with modern amenities. Also, you can enjoy the wildlife from your back porch. Your kiddos are safe to play outside in the spacious yard.
