Beautiful house!
I booked this house for my sisters bachelorette weekend getaway, and it was perfect! It's just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and is one of the houses with the most privacy! The walk to the beach was so easy, and the private pool was an added bonus! We all said we would absolutely stay here again! The only issue we had, was that we were planning to sleep two people on the pull out sofa downstairs, but there were no blinds or curtains, so it was way too bright for anyone to sleep in, which is what vacation is for :). However, we made some adjustments in other rooms and were able to make it work without using the pull out bed! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

The House is a very nice but not fabulous property. The drive is gravel and the house is aging.
We liked the house but not the location on the street. It sits behind another house in a very unkept property. There was construction all around, a dumpster in the front, a gravel driveway which brought sand and dirt in, landscaping needing work and housekeeping needing upgrading. The response was prompt when we called about the cable box being broken, broken glass all over the kitchen floor and showers not draining. These are things which housekeeping should be aware of before you check in.

We have stayed in numerous rentals on the beach. This by far meets the expectations. Many do not depict the real property, or is dirty, or location in exaggerated, etc. This is 2 blocks walk to the beach through a beautiful neighbourhood. The beach is wonderful. The pool is worth the added expense. Expensive for may but split the cost between 3 couple and you, maybe kids and it is so reasonable. You get what you pay for! Quiet neighbourhood, close to Publix and many restaurants. Many beaches to explore in area! 45 minute into Destin

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home to others. One of the downstairs bedrooms had crumbs on the nightstands, but other than that, it was very clean. Absolutely beautiful home with nice furniture in a great location.

We cherished every moment, the Coast is Clear house was perfect for our family vacation to Inlet Beach. We especially loved the outdoor sitting and dining areas. Our chairs were set up and waiting every day at the beach. The pool was also fabulous and suprisingly private. This was our first time and we can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Loved The Coast is Clear!
We will definitely be back again! It was very comfortable and clean with a great layout for our extended family and a lot of outdoor space around us. Walked and biked to restaurants and shopping and also so easy to access Highway 98 without having to travel on 30A. We hope to visit again this fall!

Loved this comfortable house!
Location and decor very nice and the house is laid out well for 2 families to have privacy. Walked to shops, restaurants and tennis courts. The owner, Julia is very attentive and easy to work with. We have found our little gem and will definitely return to The Coast is Clear again.

Great Place!!
We loved staying at "Coast is Clear!" It was clean, very spacious, and had a fully stocked kitchen! We loved having evening cocktails on the second level wrap-around porch while the kids were swimming in the pool below. The beach is a short walk away. Can't wait to return!

Perfect Vacation Home!!!
I cannot recommend this property highly enough! The home exceeded our expectations and we were highly pleased. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the rental process was painless. It is a 2minute walk to the beach access point and the beach is free from all of the "for rent" chairs and umbrellas next door. Plenty of room and sleep space for kids to adults and the swimming pool was awesome to have for the little ones when it's too hot for the beach. Property is a 5 minute drive to grocery store and 10 minute drive to Panama City Beach. You cannot go wrong by staying at this great rental value! Thank you to the owners for making your home available and we will be back! :-)

Searched a long time for just the right house on 30A and found it!
This was our 4th year spending a week on 30-A and we finally found the perfect beach house! We stayed with another family of 4 so there was 8 of us total (4 adults/4kids) and there was way more than enough room. We also entertained for dinner several nights and never felt crowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook and feel at home. The location is really what makes this house unique, being a short distance from the side path into Rosemary combines the best of both worlds. You have the close proximity to Rosemary, without staying in the tight quarters of Rosemary. (We stay up too late & play our music too loud for Rosemary!) And unless you spend the extra money to rent ON the beach, you won't get much closer than the Coast is Clear. I was worried that overflow from Rosemary residents would crowd our beach but finding a spot on the ocean was never a problem. And the house itself is amazing. The decor is just right for what I look for in a beach house; cute, eclectic, and not too fancy. No one wants to feel guilty about the sand you drag in from the beach! And what can I say about the wrap around porch? The table was great for outside dinners and the "lounge" area was perfect for late-night cocktails. The private pool is a must-have for us and worked well for our 4 kids. The pool is about as big as you will find in a private residence on 30-A, which is not huge so we just had to watch the kids closely so they didn't jump on each other! But there were plenty of water toys, boogie boards, and sand toys at the house which was a nice edition. The owner, Julia, was really easy to work with and had a quick response to all my questions. I've dealt with management companies in the past and found the experience to be difficult. Renting directly from Julia made it feel like I was renting a friend's house for the week. I could go on and on but you get idea...it really was a great week and we look forward to returning soon! Thanks for sharing your beach house!

Perfect Home for a Family
We love this house. It far exceeded my expectations. My son and family from CT and my daughter and family from TX joined my husband and me for Thanksgiving week. There were 6 adults and 3 young children; we had more room than you can believe. It is a perfect location with the beach just a short walk. The owner was so easy to work with and I would recommend this home for a great beach vacation.

Perfect location
We spent a wonderful week at coast is clear with 3 families (8 people total). Plenty of indoor and outdoor space and comfortable for all. Had friends staying in RMB and joined us several nights for dinner - again plenty of room. Had everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. Hardly drove at all - bikes and walked to everything we needed. Pool was nice to have available for kids. Owner was very responsive to questions and requests. We will for sure book this property again.

Perfect home for our family vacation!!
The coast is clear was the perfect home for our family - we came with my sister and her family of 4 along with my family 4 - the rooms were great, the kids LOVED the bunk room and the little hideaway on the 3rd floor! We absolutely loved all the decks and outdoor living! It was the PERFECT location for us, close enough to walk back and forth to the beach, ride our bikes into town or even walk into town! The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could need! The kids enjoyed being able to swim in the pool whenever they wanted, even at night!! We will gladly return to the Coast is Clear!!

Excellent Property and Wonderful Stay
There were ten members in our family. The house was perfect for all of us to enjoy each other as well as to have individual space from time to time. The house was just as advertised and actually exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and had all of the amenities that are needed for a weeklong stay. Each and every member of the family said that they would return to the Coast is Clear in a heartbeat! We hope to do just that in the near future. The owners were very gracious in answering our pre-stay questions. The billing was timely and precise and was just as we had agreed to in the contract. We cannot say enough about how good this property was for us. We highly recommend it to any family wanting to bond together for a week's worth of undeniable fun. Thank you to the owners for being so nice.
