NEW in 2024! Convenient and central condo, located at Seasons at Avon, just downhill from Beaver Creek and a short 5 minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola, Eagle River, Nottingham Lake and Avon Recreation Center. Riverfront Gondola takes you up to Bachelor Gulch/Beaver Creek to enjoy all the mountain activities in the winter or summer. Walk into the fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a gas fireplace and private balcony with Beaver Creek mountain views. Walk past the full hall bathroom to the two separate bedrooms. Seasons building has private, underground parking.

2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, all on one level with elevator access.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, TV, full en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, no TV, uses second full bathroom in the hallway.
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 7400 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.
