About this property

Waterfront Canal home with pool

WATERFRONT CANAL with pool duplex. Less than one mile to the Beach. This booking is for the front unit closest to the road, private with it's own entrance and lanai. Pool is shared with back unit. 3 bedrooms, two baths, private use of washer and dryer. All 3 bedrooms have King Beds with tv's. 65 inch TV in living room. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

The space
One mile from the famous white sandy Barefoot Beach. Close to everything, beaches, shopping, fabulous restaurants, even a mini golf course only a few blocks away. Use of 5 kayaks shared with back unit. Don't forget your fishing pole to fish off the boat dock. 15 minute drive to Lovers Key State Park for hiking, beach, and Kayak rentals. Watersport and boat rentals are a 5 minute walk.. Just pack your suit and come enjoy the sun!

Guest access
Orange Duplex, you will be in the front unit, closest to the street. The back unit is also short term rental. We also rent out the boat slips, if interested please contact us for additional costs. This Duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, not a resort.

There is a boat rental facility within walking distance of the house.
Fishing charters at master bait and tackle

Great restaurants within walking distance.

If you would like to rent bikes, kayaks or paddleboards there is a store available within walking distance
Look up Ebb-n-flows sup & rentals

We do have a Ring Device on the front door for security.
