If you're excited and want to experience one of the three golf courses, tennis, pickle ball and many more activities, book now! Rental rates are lower in the summer, but don't sweat it! There's plenty of cool air in this newer, well insulated home and there's also a mini split to cool the air in the garage for any hobbies you may have. There are plenty of swimming pools to choose from for swimming enthusiasts. If you're contemplating a move to Quail Creek or waiting for your new home to be built, stay here! This home is also perfect if you're visiting family and friends nearby. The Quail Creek Grill is always creative with their menu or you can barbecue on the outdoor gas grill. The home is well equipped for you.
