Stunning pool home minutes from Manasota Beach. Beautiful gardens surround this luxury home yet minutes from to beach, shopping, and restaurants.
On entry, you come into a gorgeous living room with soaring cathedral ceilings and glass sliders out to the pool area. Comfortable lounge furnishings and flat-screen TV. The dining area with tables and chairs overlooks the front garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-topped stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher and has a casual table and chairs, along with a couple of bar stools.
The master retreat is on one side of the house and is a very expansive room with a king bed, triple dresser, flat screen TV, and comfortable chaise to rest and look out to the pool area.
The master bathroom is en suite and has a garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet area.
The three other bedrooms are on the other side of the house and the second master has a king room with an en suite shower room. Further queen and twin rooms share a third full bathroom.
All rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped.
Going out onto the brick paved pool area, the swimming pool is very large, about 16 x 30 which overlooks the back yard which has mature landscaping. There is also a sun deck outside the pool screen. Outdoor table and chairs for dining, and loungers to lie by the pool

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect vacation home for our family! The rooms, the pool, we rarely left ! The area where the grill sits was perfect. We recommend for all families or friends gathering!

It was an ideal location for the beaches, restaurants and having the pool was important for 8yr old

Perfect, quiet, well equipped!

Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, children) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. Two minute drive to the beach, quiet neighbourhood for morning walks, lovely pool and patio. Everything we needed was provided.

Nice location and very spacious house with plenty of parking for multiple families.

We really enjoyed our stay. Within minutes to Manasota beach, close to Venice Beach and shopping areas. The only downfall was that the pool heater did not seem to be working properly. It was somewhat cold while we were there (60's-70's) and heat in the pool would have been nice. Other than that, I would recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the house! Planty of room feels very holy!

We loved everything about the house, planty of room for the hole family! Few thing may help if there will be more toilet paper and kitchen garbidge bags. But other then that we LOVE the stay! It was worth a drive from CA. Hope one day to return!

...if you are in Venice / Nokomis / Englewood - we really enjoyed this home. Property management is super friendly and resolved some issues we had (with AC) quickly. Do we want to go back here again? That's a no-brainer, yes we would!
