Can’t beat the location

I love a clean property and this one was spotless! Main living area also has very good space. My son and I were in town for a Rockets game and this unit is directly across from Toyota Center.

Great Stay

The property was clean and well maintained. Very close to a lot of attractions and local restaurants. Building was safe. Everyone we encountered was nice. Owner answered 1001 questions before, during and after. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay

Very clean property that is close to downtown venues (Convention Center, Toyota Center) and nightlife. Host was exceptionally responsive to questions and requests, and made sure we were comfortable. Great place to stay if a visit to downtown Houston is in your future.

Excellent apartment in downtown

This was a hidden gem when I came across the listing. The apartment is clean, spacious and way better than the nearby hotels at several times more expensive. The host was quick to respond and made the process a breeze.

Great location!

This location was beyond convenient for my conference at the convention center, hopping on the bayou path for runs, and great food. The host was responsive, but I did have to reach out for check in details (involved downloading an app and a few additional steps) and Wi-Fi. The condo was super clean and had great views of the city and arena. I gave it 4 stars as it lacked the 5 star charm — the living area is sparse, no art on the walls, the bedroom could use a bedside table and lamp, additional pillows - the things that make it feel like “home” vs sterile. Linens and kitchen were well stocked!

Downtown Delight

The property was very clean and beautifully furnished. It was conveniently located, and there was an amazing view of the city from the balcony. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The only thing keeping me from giving this a 5-star rating is the bed. The mattress sagged in the middle, so even though it was a king sized bed, we fought all night to keep from rolling into each other.

Great stay

We stayed to attend the rodeo. Usually we get a hotel but I ran into this rental. It was super clean, very roomy, and very nice and quiet. The host was very responsive and nice. The chirp key service is also amazing. No hastle of putting in codes or keeping up with room keys. We will definitely rent again!
