Summary:
This is a lovely 3 bed 2.5 bath house located on one acre of land. This is a completely non-smoking property. So there is no smoking inside or outside. The home is located about 6 minutes away from Glenn Brooke with Kroger, Target, Kohl's, and other shopping. 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay.

Indian Lake is about 8 minutes away with a ton of food choices there. The back of the garage is also rented on short term rentals. The building is completely detached and separate from the house.

The Space:
The detached garage is rented out as well. This is a completely different area that won't effect your stay at all. They do park in the same driveway.

Guest Access:
Guest get to use all the facilities including the yard.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The sleeping capacity is 6. But we allow up to 8 with additional $15 per night on the 7th and 8th guests. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
