Absolutely in the heart of Salida and the perfect retreat!

Conveniently located steps from hiking, biking, rafting, fly fishing, shopping, dining, and under 30 min to Monarch Ski Area.

Recently updated, this fully furnished end-unit condo features a kitchenette w/ range, oven, microwave, mini fridge, separate living area, studio-style bedroom w/ queen bed, a three-quarter bath, and pull-out sofa for guests. All utilities & wifi included. Co-working in building.

30-DAY+ RENTALS ONLY
Our condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, but the historic grand staircase is GORGEOUS! Guests have access to a shared laundry room on the building's third floor (so one flight up from the condo). There is no designated parking spot, but you'll find plenty of free parking around the downtown area.
We'll leave you alone but we are local, so we're just a message away if any questions arise!
You're right in the heart of vibrant downtown Salida! Steps away from all the hiking and biking trails on S-Mountain, as well as plenty of shops, galleries, and restaurants.
