Breakers Oceanfront Villa with Beautiful View of Ocean & Pool with a King Bed



Located on the beach across from Coligny Plaza, the 'Downtown of Hilton Head,' #323 The Breakers offers beautiful oceanfront views, an on-site oceanfront pool, and is just steps away from shopping and dining. Spectacular ocean views from the kitchen, living room, or deck will keep you in awe as you watch each beautiful sunrise.

This small, cozy and comfortable 508 sq. ft. villa is a one bedroom/one bathroom condominium with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel full size range and oven, stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless microwave, stainless dishwasher, and all small kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a Keurig coffee maker that offers the convenience of making a pot or one cup. The bathroom area has a washer and dryer. The size of this condo is perfect for a couple, and a bit crowded for 4 people.

The living area has a 50 inch flat screen smart television, and there is also a DVD/VCR, and a nice selection of videos for you or your children to watch. Wireless Building Internet allows you full connectivity while on your vacation. Instructions for WiFi and the rules for the Breakers complex are located on the refrigerator.

There is a 32" TV in the bedroom.

The entire villa is tiled with non-slip tile, and decorated with a seaside theme. It is very light and bright, with white bead board in the living area. A comfortable chair, and a sofa and double-ottoman provide plenty of seating.

Views from the third floor are lovely and there is no one above you. The deck has 4 anti-gravity chairs and two small tables, so you can enjoy cocktail hour comfortably seated and enjoying the ambiance. There is an elevator which is very convenient to our condo, which makes accessing it easy.

Bed linens, linens for the sofa bed, and bath and hand towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels, but we have chairs and a beach umbrella stored in the villa for your use.

We can only give out one parking pass per villa.

Long-term winter rentals (one month or longer) get 50% off the quoted daily rates.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, and we both liked this condo. The location is great and convenient to restaurant and shopping. It is on 3rd floor and has great view of the ocean and easy access to beach. It has a nice pool. Condo is very clean and has all the facilities. The owner was friendly and responding to us quickly. We will definitely stay again.

Couples' getaway

The property was exactly as described and shown. Ideal for a couple as the unit is small. The view is amazing and it is a short walk to restaurants, a grocery store and events in Celebration Park. We rented bikes and barely needed to use the car. We highly recommend the property for a wonderful couples' getaway.

Perfect Beach Location for a Couple!

Great view of the beach that is steps away. Walk to Coligny Plaza across the street, filled with restaurants and shops. Condo was well equipped and the owners responded quickly to all of our questions. Parking was convenient and the elevator was great.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week in this beautiful condo. The view was fantastic and the location couldn't be better. It is within walking distance of anything you might want or need. This is a great place to spend your Hilton Head vacation!

Great condo unit. Excellent views of the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit is very well equipped with everything you will need during your visit. Owners are very accommodating. Definitely would rent this unit again.

Awesome stay for long weekend with husband and two teens! Super clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants at Coligny, air conditioning was nice and cool, had all the necessities. The king was so comfortable it made it hard to get out of bed to head down to the beach.

Lovely condo facing beach & pool

Susan was quick to respond and easy to communicate before and during our stay. The condo is quaint and works well for a couple’s retreat. Location has a nice view of beach & pool. Also located in the south of Hilton Head near tourist attractions - it was easy to walk and bike places from here. Only surprise was no beach/pool towels provided - so bring your own! Overall, everything was nice and as expected from pictures.

Cozy oceanfront condo in a great location

This condo is quite comfortable for 2 adults and one child and has a great location with parking included. It could use a deep clean and some upkeep (curtain had a stain, bathroom vent needs a good cleaning, grout could use a deep clean). None of these flaws interfered with our comfort; it's not a luxury property, nor does it claim to be one. The proximity to the pool, beach, and nearby restaurants made it quite attractive
