About this property

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on Lake Keowee. 2400 sq ft private lower level walks out onto the patio. Watch sunsets from the lakefront beach.
20 min drive to Clemson University.
You will have an entire 2400 sq ft separate lower level to yourself, however the outdoor space and dock is shared if upper level guests are present. It is not usually double booked, but it is possible. The upper level is not available for you to rent.
The entire private lower level of the house is your rented space, but no lower level guest is allowed up either sets of stairs(one inside one outside). You can rent your own boat and dock it on the beach side of the dock. Upper level guests are the only ones that have access to boat, covered boat slip, and deck grill. They can also have dogs on leashes. No you can not rent the upper level.

Fantastic rental in a perfect Cove

This was a fantastic rental for my family and another couple. Very accommodating to deal with and a very spacious downstairs with game room. The doc was perfect for us to park our boat and for the kids to play. Highly recommend for the house itself, location as well as the owners. Definitely are saving as a favorite for a future stays.
