Welcome to La Perla 112 – a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom luxury condo situated in Tamarindo’s newest resort. Our sleek residence boasts two terraces with peek-a-boo ocean views, new designer furnishings, linens, dishes and flat screen TV. It has one king bed in the master and one queen bed in the second bedroom so sleeps four guests comfortably. Lovely La Perla 1-2 offers a fabulous modern gourmet kitchen stainless steel appliances and granite bar. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms let in lots of tropical sunlight. The first terrace is off the main living room so is perfect for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade. The second terrace is accessible by both the master and second bedrooms. The condo also has two elegant bathrooms with modern fixtures, and the master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub for soaking and a separate glass shower stall. The spacious 1500 ft2 floor plan is sure to make you feel right at home!

Enjoy excellent resort amenities, including owner clubhouse, ocean view sun terrace and elegant pool. Just 1 block off the main beach road and a leisurely 2 block stroll to the sand, La Perla enjoys an ideal location in the quiet residential hills overlooking the vibrant town center. Tamarindo is located on the North Pacific or Gold Coast of Costa Rica. It is easily accessible via the Liberia International Airport (LIR) under 1 hour from the town center.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
