The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are all part of an open vaulted area with plenty of natural light from the expansive windows and skylight. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV equipped with a Blu-ray system.

The family cook will not be disappointed in the beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is plenty of seating for the family to enjoy wonderful home-cooked meals.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. This bedroom adjoins the jack’n’hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player, a perfect place for the kids. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. This bedroom adjoins the second jack’n’hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary suite has a king-size bed with an ensuite bath that includes dual vanity sinks, a skylight, and a walk-in shower. In addition to the flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player, this bedroom has private access to the back patio and hot tub.

Enjoy star gazing while soaking in the private hot tub after a long bike ride along Sunriver's many paved bike paths. This home has four adult bikes, one tag along, and a burley trailer for you to enjoy.

Topflite #4 has Air Conditioning and fans in the home so you can stay cool in the warm summer months.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely enjoyed the location, simplicity and functionality of the house! The house was nicely cleaned, bright, fresh and in quite good shape. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and accommodating. It was very well stocked as far as kitchen supplies, extra linens, clean barbecue, nice bikes and even a bike trailer. The Sharq passes were an added bonus! Only concern was that the thermostat would not allow one to set the air conditioning below 72 degrees. It was quite hot and made sleeping at night less comfortable. Not sure what was going on with that. Should have taken the time to call Sunset properties to inquire about it. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely rent this lovely house again!
