Welcome to our cozy basement basecamp, the Bungalow at Rockies Ranch! Get ready to dive into the tiny home vibes with a 2-person hot tub, kitchenette, smart TV, and a foldout couch for ultimate relaxation. And hey, don't mind the upstairs serenade—it's just adding a bit of rhythm to your mountain escapades! Ideal for travelers passing through or lovebirds looking for a snug spot to hunker down.

Please note that you are booking a studio with a pull out sofa bed! This is tiny living with very efficient amenities. As listed in the description it is also a basement space. You do have your own private entrance and designated parking!

Notes to take into account:
--October-May we can have snow storms. Please be aware you may need 4-wheel drive. Check the weather for Cascade-Chipita Park as it can be very different from Colorado Springs.
--The Bungalow doesn't have A/C, but at this elevation you don't need it! It stays much cooler at 7,800 ft and open windows at night keeps it comfortable.
