Private Casita Close to Down Town -available SXSW 2024

In an exclusive neighborhood next to Barton Creek Mall and Zilker park. You will have access to the north side of house that has a private bedroom with en suite bathroom including shower and toilet , lounge/dinning room, private hi kitchen/laundry room.

No Cat Allergy's as we have a cat living on the property

The north side of the house has a private entrance from the back yard.
that leads into a lounge/ dinning room. From there you have access to the bedroom, with en suite shower and toilet. There is also a second toilet off the lounge as well as a private kitchen /laundry room

Great for weekend stay

Property was very clean and located in a good neighborhood. It was perfect for my solo weekend stay during a music festival. Owner is responsive and ensures everything is good to go.

Just what we needed!

Great location near downtown and walkable to the Barton Creek Mall. We rode the Formula 1 shuttle to and from the Formula 1 race and it was seamless. Neil was very communicative and the space was super private which was nice. The kitchen was a little cluttered but the bathroom / bedroom were clean. I would've loved a lamp and a side table on each side of the bed to keep our stuff a little more organized but overall it was a great stay! Also loved the TV and couch in the living room. Thanks Neil!

Great spot with outstanding host

We loved staying at this property. Close proximity to downtown. What made this an exceptional experience was the hosts. They were so accommodating and beyond helpful!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved this space!

Great stay close to downtown Austin

Nice place to stay close to downtown Austin. Quiet, mature neighborhood minutes from everything you need. Good sized space with all the amenities including W/D, huge TV, and a comfy bed!

ACL STAY

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were comfortable, the washer and kitchen were great! We were gone most of the time, and mostly utilized the home for a place to sleep and late mornings. Ride shares were less than $15 to and from Zilker area. Highly recommend staying and hope to stay here in the future.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect space to stay while in town for ACL... close to Zilker Park, downtown Austin, stores and restaurants. Adequate space to sleep, and having 1.5 baths was helpful for multiple people getting ready for the day. As for communication, Neil is very responsive to messages and answered any questions. I would definitely stay here again for any future trips to Austin.

Property located in good neighborhood. Found a dead cockroach in the bedroom and signs of roach activity. Fridge was also not clean. Had to prompt the owner to refund security deposit (after 10 days)

It was a cute, nice place!! The first thing our group did was play Just Dance. Awesome place to be, especially if you have children. Neil was very nice and was there to answer any questions we had!

Great Stay

Large main room worked great for our group, as well as 2 bathrooms (lots of extra blankets & bedding available too!!). Clean and convenient, we had a great time. With the main room of the rental connected to the kitchen of the house (thin sound barrier), we tried to keep our voices down and not cause to much noise. :) Great place to rent! We would go back!!

Great location at a great price.

We stayed at Neil's place for ACL this year. It very comfortably fit 4 people. The place is in a nice neighborhood, not too far from the city, and very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great space and great price

This Homeaway was great for 4 people. Enough sleeping space and the 1.5 bathrooms was a nice feature. No issue with parking but a car or taxi is needed to access this rental. Were in town for ACL and walked to and from Zilker Park without issues. It is a private space but attached to the main home, private entrance is great. Neil and Heidi were excellent, would recommend!

Comfortable

What a comfortable place to stay! I had never visited Austin before and pulling into the neighborhood was beautiful. I brought my 6 year old daughter and my friend with me to relax and enjoy something new and different than where we're from. The home is conveniently located near Zilker Park, where we rented a canoe. We also went to the cinema at the mall that was just a couple of blocks away. When we weren't out doing something in the town, Neil was incredibly nice and allowed my daughter to play in the whole backyard. She felt right at home. There was WiFi and a television provided so we could watch Netflix at night on the big screen tv and veg out on the sofa in the living room. Thanks for the hospitality and for providing a comfortable place to stay and enjoy our trip.
