About this property

Beautifully updated, top floor, centrally located 2-bedroom condo

This is a beautifully updated two-bedroom condo. Primary bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom is set up as a den with a queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen has stainless appliances. Two balconies. Full size washer & dryer in the unit. Gated community with one assigned parking space inside the gates. Non-operational fireplace in the living room. TVs in the kitchen/dining room and the den. This complex has a large pool, hot tub, and grills. This is a second-floor property, and stairs are required to access it. There is no elevator.

This is a new property for us however we are not new to hosting. We are professional property managers specializing in Palm Springs. We are local so here if you have any questions.

Great stay

Good location, great view from living room, nice pool, very communicative friendly manager. Overall a very enjoyable stay Decor is a bit weird. The dishwasher and heat unfortunately broke near the beginning of our stay. Heat was fixed immediately. Dishwasher took quite a while due to holidays and installation issues but did eventually get replaced and works great now.
