As part of the beloved Tahoe Donner resort community, this home comes with passes for the Trout Creek Recreation Center (with recreational and lap pools, hot tubs, a steam room, and a gym), the tennis center, and the beach club and marina on Donner Lake. (Please note that day-use fees still apply.) You'll be less than two miles from the golf course, three miles from the ski hill, and surrounded by more than 60 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Come home from a day spent skiing, golfing, or lounging on the lakeshore to be greeted by a great room with light streaming in from three sides. A wall of windows, a wood-burning fireplace, a sectional sofa, and a smart TV make this a wonderful gathering space in every season. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and table, and glass doors that lead outside to the deck - complete with a hot tub, a table for alfresco meals, and gas heaters to keep you warm.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor, including a primary suite with a private bathroom, smart TV, and access to a private back deck. Downstairs, you'll find one more artfully painted bedroom and a bunk room with smart TVs.

Pets are allowed for a $85 pet fee.
