Top Notch Winter Luxury All Around, Would Stay Again!
We usually go skiing in Colorado this time of year, but this time decided on Park City. My family and another stayed here for a week, 4 adults and 4 teens. This is a wonderful, immaculate house in a beautiful setting with picturesque views. The interior is full of high-end appliances, furnishings, utensils, and appointments. The hot tub, SONOS system, fireplace, and TV all worked perfectly. The vintage tabletop slot machine (for fun) was a huge hit. Of all the amenities, the one that won us over was the Karaoke system - a legitimate setup with full -sized speakers and multiple microphones. Everywhere you looked, there was a drawer with 'just the thing' you were looking for, or a well-placed hook to hang your (supplied) bathrobe, or a chair/seat right where it should be. The property is ideally situated, about 15 minutes from the Park City or Canyons ski lifts. Above all, the communication from Michelle was out of this world. During the stay, the hot tub needed a regular filter change and Michelle had it taken care of the next day, replying to my evening message within minutes. Outstanding service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Incredible Place to Stay
Just to put this review in context. I own and manage vacation rentals. My properties have over 800 reviews, so I tend to be critical of places I stay. This home was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious and extremely well stocked. Michelle was very responsive to any questions. We have done an “all guys ski trip” for over 20 years. We all agreed this way by far the nicest home we have rented. The location worked out great for us. It was quick 15-minute drive to Deer Valley or Park City Resorts. Snowbasin (which is awesome) is less than an hour. We could also be in downtown Salt Lake City in 35 minutes (which offers better dining options than Park City). We ended up have most of our meals at the home in the well-equipped kitchen. We learned if there was something we needed in the kitchen and we couldn’t find it, it was because we hadn’t looked hard enough. The home has a great laundry room with the largest washers and dryers you can buy. Also, a separate office and gym. A large 3-car garage. Do not look any further if you need a high-end spacious home. Book this one!!! You will not be disappointed.

We loved this property! The house was equipped with everything you needed or wanted. Loved all the high-end linens and bedding. Decor inside this home is beautiful!! Hot tub was fun in the snow! Location was a short drive to skiing and grocery. Highly recommend this amazing mountain home!

This property is a beauty. Comfortable ranch style home. Fantastic views of Wasatch from the wrap around porch. Convenient location to Park City and very quiet. The house had all the amenities for a family vacation.

Review of Snyderville home
The property was clean and very well maintained. The appliances and all kitchen ware was state of the art and the kitchen was stocked with condiments, coffee, and every spice you could possibly need. The setting with a spectacular view of the mountains was exceptional. The owner, on short notice, got the hottub working. She was very responsive and took a personal interest in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Already a member of our group is planning to rent the home for his family next winter. Our group consisted of 6 guys who have skied together every winter for over 30 years throughout North America. We all agreed this was the best home we’ve ever rented.

Ranch at Silver Creek
Great experience - quality house with lots of room, which is exactly what we were looking for...a secluded family holiday but close to stores and activities. Michelle was an outstanding and attentive host, one of the best in my many, many stays at vacations rentals. Top notch furnishings, lovely location complete with wildlife and amazing view of the mountains. Altogether, a great stay - would definitely return with the family again and highly recommend Michelle as a host. Karen, Andrew and family.

Amazing place
Amazing place with great views. Away enough to feel cozy with the outdoors but less than 15 minutes to Walmart, groceries, restaurants and slopes. Gorgeous lodge with lots of space. Owner is very friendly, accessible and responsive.

Incredible home gorgeous views and amenities
We had the most amazing time at this gorgeous log cabin home. Everything from the furniture, bedding, to the dishware is high end, luxurious, and cozy. Deer, rabbits, and an owl are on the property at times giving you an incredible escape from the city. 100% recommend!

Beautiful location, beautiful home
What a beautiful home! We were 2 families of 4 each and this home more than met our needs. Plenty of space to relax, eat and the bedrooms were very spacious. Michelle made it very easy and was very quick to respond to our questions. It is about a 15 minute drive to Park City from the home, but the scenery around the property is gorgeous. Lots of horses, birds and other wildlife around. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Park City.

Awesome house close to ski resorts
Michelle was super nice and has a wonderful home. It is only 15 minutes drive from the Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and has an awesome view of the mountain from the living room as well as the hot tub outside. The house is well appointed with great finishes overall as well as top quality kitchen equipment, flatware, etc. The large amount of common area space made for a great family vacation where both the kids and the adults all had their own rooms. We look forward to staying here again next time we come to town.

Stunning and Cozy Ranch Home
My group absolutely loved staying at Michelle's beautiful home in Park City. It is spacious yet cozy and offers gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen, living room, and outdoor areas were perfect for our group and I would highly recommend staying here. The only challenge we had was getting Uber/Lyft out to the place so I would consider renting a car.

Great spot for a large group!
As promised, the house is luxurious and well-appointed. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and everything went smoothly. There is almost nothing you can't find in the house to enjoy a great vacation (both a Keurig AND an espresso machine!). Highly recommended!

Why they chose this property

Elbow Room Ranch is 15 minutes from the Canyons and PCMR yet offers privacy from crowds, beautiful views and daily visits from elk herds. I will take that any day over Main Street crowds. Beautifully maintained with high end furnishings, chefs kitchen, all amenities such as hot tub, fireplace, outdoor firepit.
