BEDROOM LAYOUT
Experience ultimate comfort and relaxation in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious King-size bed, a spacious closet for your storage needs, and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer plush Queen-size beds, ensuring restful nights and serene mornings. Bedroom 4 includes two Queen-size beds, while Bedroom 5 is equipped with two Double beds, perfect for a cozy stay. Each room has its own unique charm, creating a welcoming retreat for guests to unwind and recharge.
BRIGHT INDOORS
This home underwent a recent full renovation. It features an open-concept living space, perfect for gathering with large groups. The living area is bright and cozy, and the kitchen has been expanded and equipped with top-notch appliances for a chef-worthy meal, with direct access to the backyard.
FUN OUTDOORS
Outside, enjoy a pool with deck chairs, a BBQ grill a jacuzzi free to use and a lounge area to soak in the panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains.
Besides, there’s free parking on the premises for 2 cars + free street parking.
If you're interested in enjoying a heated pool during your stay for added comfort, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. The cost for this service is an extra $109 per night of pool use, which must be paid 48 hours prior to your arrival. You can easily make the payment through Airbnb.
Other Things to Note:
To maintain the home's condition, our pool maintenance team will visit every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. Similarly, our gardening crew will attend to the property on Mondays or Tuesdays from 8am to 5pm. Please note that they may access the Villa without prior notification to guests.
Ensuring our guests' comfort and safety is our top priority. For added security, there is a surveillance camera positioned at the front entrance, monitoring activities outside the premises 24/7.
In compliance with Palm Springs city regulations regarding vacation rentals, all guests are required to sign a lease agreement and provide a government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, ID card, or passport) after confirming their reservation and before their arrival.

Check-ins are available strictly between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your experience runs smoothly and is available during these hours to assist with any issues. Therefore, check-ins outside of these designated hours will not be authorized.
Should you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, kindly reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. Please note that early check-in/check-out requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional charge.
Please be aware that the delivery of packages prior to check-in or arrival is not permitted. The host cannot accept responsibility or liability for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or deliveries sent to the property.
House Rules:
In accordance with Palm Springs regulations, please ensure that the first and last names of all guests are provided to the host before arrival at the Villa.
Please double-check that the correct number of guests has been added to ensure accurate pricing. Additional overnight guests will not be authorized.
As responsible members of the community, we prioritize adhering to local regulations. Therefore, music and loud noises are strictly prohibited at all times. To prevent any potential issues, we have installed noise detectors in the living room and patio to monitor decibel levels and identify excessive noise, ensuring harmonious relations with neighbors and compliance with city regulations.
Similarly, in line with city rules, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
