Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We did not have but 4 towels and 4 wash rags called the night we arrived asked for more and never got them did not have no sheets or blankets for the kids beds! The most aggressive thing was that we had our cooler that was 400.00 stolen from us while there and we could see that we was taken but the cameras there do not point on the end of the pool. We have been going to pcb for many years and never had anything taken from us until we stayed here and when I tried to contact the owner or the host I was told by panhandle gateways that I was not allow to and that they was sorry I mean really !

Nice clean room
We loved our room. It was clean and nice and right next to a corner unit, so hardley any foot traffic by our room. The kids bunk area was bigger than others we have had in the past. All the beds were comfortable. The kids bunk TVs were an issue. They were running off the same remote but they were not on the same page at the same time so if you pressed to watch something on one TV it would take you to something completely different on the other and so forth. They were useless and kinda a disappointment since the kids could not use them. It would also be nice to know what streaming services come with the room because a few nights we could watch Netflix and then we couldnt any more, then we tryed Hulu and nothing and we eventually found we could watch Disney+. Not sure what we would have watched if that didnt work....so maybe letting renters know in the description so you dont have to try and figure it out. But overall we did love the unit and would stay again. The only big issue we had was with the elevators and that was a huge deal with everyone we talked to the whole week. The pool rules that are listed when you check in are also not enforced. We were hit with water bats, several balls, we never could use hot tub due to kids doing cannon balls in it and wrestling.
