PERFECT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEWS AND SUNSETS FROM A PRIVATE BALCONY!! Stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy the skyline and river view through the large sliding glass doors or from the charming balcony. Battleship Sunset is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk. Free parking for one vehicle is available at a parking deck just one block away, and we highly recommend just leaving your car there and walking or taking an uber as parking downtown can be challenging.

Battleship Sunset is clean, modern, and fully stocked with all of the amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views of historic USS North Carolina Battleship. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large smart TV, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a modern glass shower with nice water pressure. The queen size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.

Great apartment right over the river walk.

This apartment was great!! Easy access to build and parking. Lots to do in the area east to walk around ti many places. Safe and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Parking

Finding the correct parking garage and then finding the rental location was a nightmare. The host responded quickly to my panic call and was phenomenal in helping guide us to the condo. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time, calming my nerves. Once we checked in, the place was spotless and the view beautiful. The bed while comfortable, is very low for two average to tall folks in their 50s. We tried to fix breakfast before checking out, but couldn't get the stove to work. The host offered to send maintenance. He contacted us quickly and when he learned what time we were planning to check out, he offered to buy us breakfast in the awesome bagel shop close by so we could leave on schedule. The management team is responsive and genuinely wants its guests to enjoy their stay. I would definitely book with them again.
