I have a passion for old architecture. I make my living by restoring historical properties and transforming them into vacation rentals, so guests visiting the area can experience the history first hand.
Why they chose this property
Quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to all of the local shops/boutiques and public park. The area has 2 public beaches and many wineries--pamphlet provided with info on all local wineries, wine tours/tastings.
What makes this property unique
Enough capacity to host large family reunions. It's an historical property--one of the first built in the area.
