It is located on a pond with a fenced in yard and large back patio for your enjoyment. This 3 bed 2 bath home also includes an open study perfect for those looking for a quiet place to work and an extensive coffee bar including both a Keurig and a Nespresso machine for your caffeine fix. The living room has a 65" Smart TV. There is also a neighborhood playground for the little ones to enjoy just East of the pond.
Maison de Café is conveniently located 3 minutes from a Rouses grocery store and only 15 minutes from major casinos in the area. It is also less than 10 minutes from baseball fields in the area and SPAR Waterpark.
