Casa Azure | Walk to Ave & Beach | Saltwater Pool
Casa Azure is the ultimate in Florida living. The home itself is peaceful, completely private and newly updated with high end appliances and furnishing. Relax under the pergola watching your favorite show while your loved ones enjoy the pool. Walk to the beach during the day and out for a great dinner at night. You are only 1 mile from the heart of Atlantic Avenue.
House Configuration
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have King beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. One of the king bedrooms is an en-suite. The Pool House is a studio apartment off the pool. It is air conditioned, has a full bathroom, Keurig and picture frame TV. It is perfect if you are traveling with teenagers, a nanny, grandparents or another couple. Guests in the pool house will sleep on a Luonto King Sofa Bed. This top of the market sofa bed is incredibly comfortable and offers a restful night's sleep.
At Casa Azure, you will enjoy a saltwater pool. Did you know that saltwater pools are better for your hair, skin and eyes? Unlike traditional chlorine pools, you won't have to get out of the water and wait an hour after the pool is serviced.
Do you enjoy walking to restaurants and the beach? Rose's daughter is one of our favorite places to walk to for dinner or The French Bakery on NE 6th Avenue for a coffee and delicious eclair.
There is no shortage of amenities in Delray. Great restaurants, free outdoor concerts, farmers markets, bars, great shopping and the beach (oh the beach). We provide guests with a digital guidebook after they book that provides all of the insider bests!
There is a pack n play and highchair available.
The Pool is heated during the day to 85° from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.
A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
