Welcome to our pet-friendly 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home nestled in Old Colorado City! This updated and renovated space offers comfortable accommodations for your family and friends. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, and bedroom amenities such as ample closet space. Most bedrooms have a large, flat screen smart TV. Step outside onto the deck and take in the breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The home is conveniently located near Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and many other local attractions. The home features an open floor plan and lots of natural light. A portable ac unit for the upper level and air cooler fans in each bedroom as well as heat throughout the home for comfort during the different seasons. The lower level features a cozy space with a wood burning fireplace. Perfect for reading a great book! Outside is a fenced in yard with a fire pit. There is a one car garage for guest use. We offer many small appliances for convenience and a fully stocked kitchen. A view of Garden of the Gods can be seen from the upper level living room window and the mountains from nearly every bedroom can be seen. There is a full laundry room for guest use as well. There books, crafts and games for the kids to play during your stay. Lastly, we like to boast of our well stocked coffee station for the guests to indulge in. We are proud owners of this beautiful home and cannot wait to share it with you!

We have been married 25 years, 4 amazing kids and our 3 precious pups. Family is always first and top priority. We come from a military/government background have both very proudly served our country and continue to do so. Work hard, play hard. That's the spice of life.

We live very close to Old Colorado City and spend a lot of time there. We absolutely love the area, the history and most of all the charm. We love the location of this home, close to many indoor and outdoor activities.
What makes this property unique
Mix of comfort with class. We love taking care of people and this is one way to do it. As hosts, we bend over backwards to accommodate the needs and even wants of our guests as best we can. We want every guest to have a memorable time in our home and enjoy a 5 star stay. Our goal is to have each guest want to stay again.
