Beautiful location and super friendly hosts!
We had an excellent stay at this property. The view is gorgeous, we walked our dog to the neighborhood parks, hosts were extremely friendly and the room was clean. We will absolutely stay again when in the area.

As a mother, grandmother, great grandmother (!!) I enjoy family gatherings and cooking. I am definitely a people person. As an RN I worked in many areas but mostly ER and Pediatrics. As a charter fishing captain, ran a 30' vessel where not catching was not an option! As a caterer realized it was more work than just cooking! I have been called stubborn... I say persevering. Now as a host... I have just begun!

Why they chose this property

I have always called this neighborhood my little piece of country in the city. The block is a quiet street lined with trees on the edge of a bayou that leads us to the Gulf of Mexico. In the front yard the land birds (robins, starlings, and cardinals) chirp as the sun rises. In the back yard the seagulls squall and the pelicans dive for the fish the dolphins have scared up to the top. A short mile and a half away is shopping, highway 19, and enough restaurants to eat a month without a repeat!

What makes this property unique

I would have to say that we are unique in that we are so peaceful and relaxing if that is your wish, yet in close proximity to any activity you may want to participate in.
