Our Most Popular Garden View! This well decorated, Luxury condo is ideal for Families! A two Bedroom/three Bath condo located on the ground floor with easy pool, beach and garden access and a view of the beautiful mountains. Enjoy your evening meal on the private covered lanai overlooking the expansive garden protected by well manicured landscaping.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

This world class resort offers two and a half acres of tropical gardens among the Fantasy Pool area. Guests love lounging in the lazy river, splashing in the pool, relaxing in one of three sand bottom Jacuzzis or sliding down the two water slides. There is also a poolside Bar and Grill. All this overlooks the azure ocean.

This resort is perfect for families and offers convenient access to shopping centers and all recreational activities. Outside the resort and across the street are grocery stores, Starbucks, Long Drugs, and an Ice Cream Shop!

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Amazing Condo in Kauai
The Condo was perfect. We stayed with our infant and a set of friends. We were able to set up the pack n play in one of the bathrooms. And still use the rest of the condo. The pool was so much fun and it was super easy to access the beach. Safeway is across the street and we even had massages at the spa which was great. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back and stay at the condo. It was absolutely amazing

Great location!
This is a great condo to access all parts of the island. It’s central to get to both sides, grocery store across the street was so convenient, and lots of good food spots nearby. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was amazing! It smelled clean and was super spacious for all 5 of us! We enjoyed the ground entrance and sitting on the lawn while our children played. Everything was easy to find and the laundry machine was an added bonus!

I would stay here again..
Centrally located between north and south coasts. Great restaurant on site. Safeway, coffee, and ice cream/shave ice across the street (easy walk). Kids loved the pool!

Family of 42 at Waipouli
Our trip was magical and memorable in every way! The 6 condos with two bedrooms, pullout sofas, top of the line appliances, 3 baths, were incredible and just what was needed for each of our 6 children and their families. We loved the location- between the north and south shores made it easy to explore whole island. Thx for fabulous once in a lifetime trip that fulfilled all our dreams and created happy memories, bonding our dear family even closer!

Awesome place for a family of 5, two adults and 3 kids. Clean, well equipped and perfect size. Right on the beach, great pools and hot tubs on site. Easy to get everywhere on the island.

Beautiful Property
This property was as described. It was very quiet, comfortable and just what we all needed! The only thing I would have liked was a beach umbrella and beach towels. Towels and umbrella we could take off property to the other beaches. Everything else such as snorkeling gear we rented. We bought beach towels and took them home. We used the coolers and had picnic lunches. We requested extra pillows and they were dropped off which was amazing! We had 8 adults staying and the condo was big enough for all of us. We loved the rooster which we named Charlie and he would greet us each morning. The sunrises from the beach front of the resort were amazing and a great way for us girls to connect first thing in the morning. We will definitely be back! Thanks for allowing us to rent this property!

Great condo in great location
This condo was clean and spacious and perfect location for us. We explored the island as much as we could and found that the location to be spot on. The pool was really good as well. The whole family was very happy here.

Wonderful Resort and Great Rooms!
This was a last minute find for us that turned out wonderful! The rooms are fantastic, pool is amazing, and beds comfy. It has a large 2 person soaking bath, another deep single soaking bath, multiple beds. Everything was super clean and comfy. The only weird thing was the bathroom lights were on a timer, and we never figured out how to prevent them from turning off during our baths (but hey, extra mood lighting right?). Would 100% stay again (especially for the perfect price!). Thank you for hosting our family!

Waipouli Resort Experience
The resort had all the amenities you would need to have a fun, fulfilled trip. The rooms were fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom accessories, the sub-zero refrigerated was unexpected and very nice. In door washer and dryer made is so I could pack less and take more home! A true 5-star experience from Kaua'i Calls.

Super nice accomodation
We were a family of six adults staying for three nights in early April, 2023. The booking process was very efficient prior to arrival. Once there, we quickly installed ourselves and luggage via the key code that had been provided. The apartment was exactly as promised; clean, well furnished, and the kitchen had all the appliances one could ask for. The facilities of the resort are superb with an amazing and giant pool, BBQ pits and jacuzzi. At the end of a property, near the beach walk on the premises was a really nice and cozy "Margaritaville" type Bar and Restaurant. We enjoyed a few happy-hour cocktails there in great atmosphere. The location is also very good for day-trips. Safeway and Starbucks is across the street, Costco 20 minutes by car, and the airport about 15 minutes away. Adventure Hawaii, with the fabulous half-day Secret Falls Wailua River tour, ten minutes away. Overall, an outstanding stay for us and we can highly recommend this property for futures guests. Beautiful Resort-Great Location
We rented this unit for a family getaway and the condo did not disappoint. Well stocked in the kitchen and well stocked for fun in the sun with beach chairs etc. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and we enjoyed the morning sun rises over the ocean from the beach attached to the resort and the pool and hot tub were great for us the kids! The location of this resort made it easy to travel to either sides of the island as the location is central and not to mention close to the airport, grocery stores, Coconut Market, pharmacies and restaurants. The property manager is very responsive and let us know right away when their cleaning staff found a lost ring of our daughters. Their honesty was appreciated and they were flexible in making arrangements to meet us to pick it up. The concierge that was included through Kauai Calls was also another bonus that we used to book tours, and a luau and because we booked with them received discounted prices and not to mention ease of booking. We appreciated the ground location of this unit as it was east for loading in the kids and our beach bags after a long day out sightseeing and the location was great for accessing the pool and bbqs etc. The ease to and from this unit was an unexpected bonus and even though we didn’t have an “ocean view” we loved the location for our family.
