Welcome to the Avondale Eclectic! This central Nashville location will make it easy for you to get a lift to just about anywhere in less than 10 minutes. Experience all that Nashville has to offer while being able to retreat to a comfortable and colorful home in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy all the amenities you need for cooking meals and having a night in, or simply relax in one of three cozy beds. Take a selfie in front of the custom mural wall, and enjoy some cocktails around the kitchen island. This home is filled with unique vintage finds as well as thrifted and DIY decor that you won't find in any hotel.

You will have access to the entire main level of the home. I reside part time in the lower level apartment. Both entrances are entirely separate, and the units don't share any common spaces. The driveway is available for you to safely park two or three cars off street.

I’m so thrilled to be sharing my property with you! Since 2020, I have been enjoying a nomadic lifestyle traveling in my converted campervan. As mentioned, I live part time in the lower level apartment. I'm happy to meet you, but there's absolutely no obligation to interact if you notice me entering my private backyard entrance.
