This place has a couple of reviews saying they double book. I messaged the owner a couple of days before to verify there was no double booking with no response. The morning of our reservation, I asked for check in info and my reservation was then cancelled by the owner saying it was not available. Do not book this listing.

Non-existant stay
The day that I was supposed to arrive in Park City area, I contacted owner because he had not given us check-in info. He said Vrbo had canceled. Vrbo said owner had double-booked through another app. I was told to contact customer service by phone. That was the most worthless conversation I've ever had. Could not even understand the person. Worst Vrbo experience I've ever had, and I've used them a lot.

Quick and easy
We planned a last minute trip to Park city. Communication with the owner was very timely. We made arrangements to arrive late in the evening the owner left the lights on for us. Finding the unit was a bit hard only cause we came in at night. The location to find the unit was a bit confusing, cause you cannot park in the driveway and then it is a walk down the steep driveway to a stairwell If you are elderly or handicap I don’t recommend this place for you. We brought an ice chest with drink it was a pain to carry it down the driveway and then down the stairs. Besides that it was cozy. We ran out of toilet paper was sucked. And there were no window coverings so as soon as the sun came up we were awake

Canceled on Arrival Day
I booked this place weeks in advance and never got any additional information on check in. I direct messaged the host in the Vrbo app and never got a response. I finally got their number from the Vrbo chat bot. I asked about how I should check in and access the property. He replied and said that the house was double booked and that he needed to cancel my reservation. We booked this house to have a night get away for my sister’s bachelorette trip so this created chaos. It then took a week to get my refund because he wouldn’t answer the people at Vrbo who were trying to help me.

Last minute stay
The property was just what we needed for a last minute visit in the area. The host was very quick to answer questions. He did say it was a new thing for him so there were a couple of things we needed to reach out to him for. Be prepared to walk a few flights of stairs as well. But otherwise it was a great stay and a great location.
