Great place, great views.

Loved watching the whales and dolphins in the bay with our binoculars, and the grounds around the condos are beautiful.

Fantastic Condo in beautiful landscaped secure complex

Loved the property. It has a breathtaking view of the Bay of Banderas and is easy walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. The walk back is a bit of a climb or a very inexpensive taxi gets you back to your door Has a well supplied kitchen to make all meals with a gas grill range and oven. Plenty of linens to ensure your comfort and towels for enjoyment if the pool lounge area Had a wonderful two weeks and would definitely consider this place in the future

Wonderful Home Away From Home

Spent two weeks in the condo in Dec - Jan. Has everything you can need for a stay away. Fully stocked kitchen, with gas range and stove, comfortable beds, plenty of towels for pool side The complex is well landscaped and very pretty. The pool is a decent sized and quite a few loungers over a couple of levels for enjoying the sun The condo is very close to the Malecon to be able to get out to dining and shopping. Because of location you get to see a fireworks show every night from the pirate ship. Loved the condo loved the location,the climb up can be tough but a taxi is very inexpensive if you can't make the 90 some steps. Would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing quiet getaway

Beautiful condo in an excellent part of town

We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the condo and the employees at the complex. very secure- easy access to cabs, great food nearby...and the permanent neighbors in the complex were the best. Highly recomended.

Wonderful stay

Lovely view, perfect weather, comfortable accommodations made for a great visit. Near restaurants, galleries and the Malecon. Be ready for hike up the hill.

Great location, great service

We were very impressed by the accommodations in downtown PV. Our condo was pretty, comfy for 4, and well appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was the heart of a perfect getaway.

Great location and really nice space and condo complex

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights with another couple. The condo was very clean and we felt right at home with a well functioning kitchen, really nicely furnished living area, comfortable beds, and nice table and chairs on the balcony with fantastic views of the bay. We could walk everywhere in town -- very convenient. Tons of restaurants close by and easy to taxi back if we did not feel like walking, although it was really just one block of stairs which we were able to do without any problem. There were great breezes coming from the bay to keep the house cool, however, at night for sleeping, we had to close the windows/doors and use earplugs to block the noise from the parties on the Malecon. There was a ceiling fan which helped to keep cool, but the A/C unit in our bedroom did not seem to work well enough to cool the room. We were there in early January with night temps in the 60's.

Relaxing condo with great views

Beautiful plants and flowers through out the grounds of the complex with a nice pool area. Great views from the balcony of the bay with fire works almost every night from the " Pirate Ship Cruise". Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed for cooking. Comfortable furniture, very relaxing, nicely decorated and roomy. Staff there was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the malecon, a must see, great food at the many restaurants within walking distance! A great place to stay if you want to see authentic Mexico!!!

What a lovely time!

The place was clean and airy-the rooms spacious and the bathrooms were great. The terrace looked out onto the ocean and we left the doors and windows open most of the time-it was so lovely and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and the toaster, fridge and coffeemaker all worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a cab to the airport at 2 and it was there 10 minutes early. We asked for a late checkout-there was no issue at all. The condo was located in the center of town, which was great since we could walk everywhere in a matter of minutes. The beach was 3 blocks away and there were convenience stores almost everywhere. We loaded up on groceries at a large supermarket which was a bit of a hike but not impossible. The showers and bathrooms were clean, there was soap and shampoo there for us. I liked their fiesta wear, they had coffee cups, wine glasses and silver wear-all easy to find. The only drawback was there was some late night partying noises from downtown but easily managed by closing up the apartment-even though I loved the night breezes. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Great location, great view!

Family of four adults spent 8 days here over New Year's and we loved it. Comfortable accommodations, plenty of room. The balcony offers spectacular ocean views where we saw whale spouts, cruise ships and all the other water activity in Bandaras Bay.

Exceptional in Every Way

It was a pleasure to stay in this condo. It was exactly as described in text and even more beautiful than the photos. The view was the terrace was amazing; the condo very comfortable and well appointed; beds very comfortable with quality bedding, towels and toiletries. The location couldn't have been better; close to the Malecon, beaches, great restaurants, and very walkable. We felt we experienced the authentic Mexico. We look forward to returning and our first choice will be this unit.
