This comfortable carriage house apartment is nestled in a gated castle community that boasts classical gardens, orchards, vineyards, water features, and breathtaking mountain views. The property is located minutes from I-5 and downtown Ashland.

Please note that this is a shot gun apartment. You must walk through the bedroom with the king bed to get to the bunk bed bedroom.

You will have access to the main chateau's sunroom, library, coffee bar, and patio. Explore the vineyard, gardens, orchards, pond pergola, and classical fountain.

Great Place!
Customer service and communication with the property manager was top-notch. They communicated the whole time and anything we needed while we were there. They were happy to provide a very quick manner. The property definitely is bare bones. There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen but silverware and plates so if you wanted salt pepper or anything else like that- It was not provided. The beds and the pillows were very, very comfortable, and the linens were really nice. However, there is a couch made for only two people in the living room that is so uncomfortable And there’s not much other furniture or throw blankets to make it a comfy environment. This property definitely needs an upgrade with furniture that is comfortable and providing basic items in the kitchen.
