Why they chose this property
I love this area as this is where I grew up. This is our family home that we renovated for others to enjoy and relax in. The tranquil neighborhood is full of lovely families who live, retire and vacation on this beautifully situated point. You can take your morning or evening walks through the woods and yet have all the lake views.
What makes this property unique
This Lake house has been newly remodeled. You can watch the sunrise over Mullett Lake while you have your morning coffee in front of the electric fire place. The home sits in the woods while and yet is across the street from the lake. Its a beautiful, comfortable place to base your Northern Michigan get away from.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hard wood floors throughout, new appliances, garage, washer and dryer, patio with table and chairs for outdoor dinning, new beds and will sleep 8 people.
The Lake house is 25 miles from the Mackinaw Bridge and the Mackinaw Island boat docks. Several Northern Michigan beaches are within a short drive. The N Central State Trail for biking, walking, hiking and snowmobiling is directly behind the cottage. There are so many Northern Michigan treasures within a short days drive away such as, Tahquamenon Falls, The Soo Locks, Mackinaw Bridge, Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, Canada, White Fish Point, Ocqueoc Falls, Lake Huron beaches, Lake Michigan, Aloha State Park (a family favorite), Tunnel of Trees, Bay Harbor in Petoskey, Harbor Springs and so much more.
