Enjoy million dollar views from almost every room in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo where large windows frame sights of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway and The Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the open air balcony for a full panoramic view and direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.

In addition to the views, this property incorporates soft neutrals and modern upgrades, including smart TVs, with the comfort of beach life. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom, and a gorgeous private balcony. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and floor to ceiling windows for a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The connected studio suite has extra space with two queen beds, full bath and kitchenette.

When you’re ready to relax on the beach, it’s just a short walk to the private resort beach access. If relaxing on the beach is too much work, then you can easily change the scenery with a visit to the Luau's lagoon-shaped pool with hot tub, swim under waterfall, and sun deck.

THE BEST
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Words don't describe how amazing this condo is! I've stayed in countless rooms at both Luaus and this is by far the best stay with the most beautiful room, views and amenities ! The games for the kiddos and beach essentials provided were so thoughtfully executed! Thank you for such an amazing trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location and unit was decent, although I wish there was a ramp from the towers to the beach path, as we had to lug our heavy wagon down several sets of stairs to get to and from the beach path each day. Upon arrival the unit was super hot, and took most of the day to cool off. There was still trash in two of the trash cans. The fitness center had weird hours and didn’t open until 10 most days and was closed by 9. There was very minimal pantry/storage room to keep groceries, which was kind of a pain. A big reason we picked this unit was because it had its own washer and dryer. With large families, we packed very minimally, with the expectation that we could do laundry and reuse the same clothing. The unit came with just enough bath towels to cover the occupancy. This would have been fine, had the washer actually worked. We learned on day 2 of our stay the washer didn’t work. We used the manual provided, troubleshooted what we could, and could not get it to work. Numerous calls and texts to property mgt, before we ever got ahold of someone. They finally sent someone from maintenance day 3, only for him to flip the breaker back and forth and tell us they would have to send an actual appliance repairman. We requested fresh towels at a minimum, as we had been reusing the same towels for 3 days now. We were told we could not get them until the following day. (Mind you this was all during normal business hours.) Finally on day 4, they dropped off fresh towels and the appliance repairman came that afternoon. He still was not able to fix the washer. So day 5 when we left, it still didn’t work. Also, the pest control company came in to spray, so we had to be sure and prep the place for that. We did not enjoy having strangers in and out of our unit random times throughout the day, daily. Pretty bummed as this place has a lot of potential, but the laundry was a big issue for us, and they never made it to right.
