Beautiful, large and comfortable modern home located in the desirable Monte Vista neighborhood of San Antonio, close to all downtown attractions.

This 1950 home has been lovingly upgraded and decorated to honor its heritage of Mid Century Modern while providing an oasis of comfort and relaxation in the busy city.

The ground floor living space has an open floor plan with connected foyer, lounge, living and dining rooms, as well as a large well appointed kitchen. Here you will also find 3 bedrooms and a flex space that can be used as an office retreat or bedroom as well, accessible through the master suite.

The second floor has 3 more queen bedrooms as well as a second living room and lounge area.

Out back there is off street parking and an outdoor patio with a hot tub and dinette area for the wind down relaxation.

In Town for an Event at the Convention Center
The host was super nice and easy to work with. The house was perfect as a home base during our stay and was a wonderful central location for the convention center and airport! Definitely would recommend and book again!

Lovely neighborhood
Our family and friends included a range of kids' ages from toddlers to teens, and it was comfortable for everyone. Off-street parking for 3 vehicles was a tremendous bonus!

Everything was great!
I rented the home for myself, son and several of his soccer teammates as they needed somewhere to stay in advance of training camp at Trinity University. The location is close to campus and everything else you could need (food, services, etc). The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of rooms and sleeping options and lots of room to just hang out. We didn't use the jacuzzi given the heat of summer, but a nice feature if you want it. Great that is has 3 parking spaces in the back. From booking to check-in to check-out, Brent great to deal with and super responsive to communication. Since we stayed for nearly 2 weeks, I wanted to get the house cleaned during our stay and he and his team (thanks Hector!) made that happen for us. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Brent.

Excellent Location
What a fantastic home. We had a party of 9 that consisted of 2 families. The teens had their own bedrooms and hangout space. There were enough bathrooms for the adults to have their own and the teens have their own. The renovation is stylish and the use of natural materials adds warmth. The location was perfect for downtown adventurers as well as easy access to the freeways for travel to new braunfels or San Marcos. Highly recommend this home. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Short but very pleasant stay
Only there for 2 days. We would have stayed longer if our trip was longer. The house was a lovely residence and perfect for our large group. The inside of the house was furnished nicely, the rooms were large and spacious. The large front porch with the swing was my favorite spot even though I didn't get to utilize it much due to our tight schedule. We were able to use the grill in the backyard and the older boys jumped into the hot tub for about 15 minutes before we left for Aquatic World. Brent was a wonderful host and was easy to get in touch with for the 1 or 2 minor questions that we had. It was a great stay, and I would definitely stay again.

My overall impression is the property is very nice, we chose this property based on it being listed as seven bedrooms counting a bonus room added to the primary room is not considered as a bedroom, and the street parking was kind of sketchy when being told you are not allowed to park on the street but yet there was parking on the streets everyday all as well as night .... but nevertheless we made it work and enjoyed our stay.
