Cozy 2 bedroom home close to pools and Beach
Beautiful luxury 2 BR & 2BTH, Mexican villa w/mountain views; located in the Founders neighborhood of Loreto Bay. Our high speed Internet, Netflix and streaming TV.
A 1 min walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Bikes are available for your use. There are 3 community pools, a community golf course, spas etc. Avail to rent for 2 or more nights w/ discounts for longer than 1 week. Enjoy the tranquility and a piece of paradise.
Our home has two master bedrooms, both bathrooms have large bathtubs and double sinks. A lush garden surrounds the ground floor where the kitchen, dining and living rooms and master bed/bath are. The 2nd floor has a large patio w. mountain views and is equipped w. a grill and bed/bath. The second floor isn't suitable for babies and small children.
Loreto Bay has 3 community pools including a lap pool. The neighborhood also features the Loreto Bay Resort and Golf course. Golf clubs are available for our golf lovers and Kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys can be rented on the beach. Our home sits in the center of all the action. We're conveniently located on the main Paseo. This is a plus if you have bags from shopping! It's steps away from the beach, and close to the popular wine bar.
The Paseo is the main Boulevard where you can find gourmet restaurants, salons, spas, local art galleries, boutiques, and a few small markets.
In the morning or afternoon, visit the coffee shop, our personal favorite. It offers a breakfast menu and lunch menu, smoothies, pastries and great Mexican coffee.
Downtown Loreto is the site of California's 1st mission. It's a small, sleepy fishing town with local shops, markets, bar/restaurants, and tons of outdoor and ocean activities (boating, whale watching, scuba, snorkel, fishing, hiking, biking etc) in a pristine, marine protected part of Mexico.
A short drive South on HWY 1 will bring you to Danzante Bay, which has a world renown golf course and Villa del Palmar resort.
It's the perfect get-away for rest and relaxation...
