One of our best vacations ever!
The house just made it the most relaxing and special family time we could have asked for. Location was just amazing, shops and food trucks walking distance, and the surrounding beaches are just divine. We barely used the car- we didn't want to leave! Thank you!

Extremely private and still close to everything on the North Shore.
This property is extremely private and has one of the best views possible on the North Shore. We were astonished by the incredible view of the ocean and the pipeline surfers. We were also able to see a pod of humpback whales as they swam by! We were very comfortable staying in this home with 4 adults and 2 children. The beach, the grocery store, and food trucks were all within walking distance. The owner was quick to contact us to see if we needed anything additional for our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This house was just perfect!!! Beautiful views!! Walking distance to a market. I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We sat on the porch from sunrise to sunset!!!

Amazing property, perfect location. It was easy to check in and property manager made sure we were Ok. We really only left to swim. Dolphins jumping in the distance, waves crashing, what else could you want?

Gorgeous Ocean View and Home - NEEDS A/C
Beautiful home and oceanfront views, as well as access to spectacular beaches within a few steps from the home. The home, location, etc. are perfect with the exception of NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! The home gets direct evening sun and is blazing hot. Given the cost per night of this rental it is difficult to understand why air conditioning would not be installed. I would not stay at this rental again solely because of the heat.

Hidden Gem in Waimea
We ADORED This place. What a view and so cozy! Not immediately by the beach but a short walk and that's totally okay. We will definitely be back! There was no AC so it did get hot but the breeze was nice.

Excellent Stay
We had an amazing trip and spent most of our nights and mornings on the deck staring at the ocean. Location is perfect with your choice of beaches (Waimea Bay, Three tables or Shark'sCove). Lots of great food trucks within walking distance too. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic location in front of the ocean
We (parent with 2 young adults) appreciate the easy checkin, the cleanliness,the veranda in front of the ocean and the grill as well as the outdoor shower. Enough towels. Perfect location: two beaches are within easy walking distance as well as numerous food trucks and a supermarket. We spend a lot of time contemplating the waves, the sunsets and the stars. Only the kitchen could be a little better stocked (more plate, glasses and a new toaster)

Waimea Bay Getaway
Nat's place is amazing; on the water with a view of the surfers taking off at Wiamea Bay when its big enough to break (it was!) Super chill residential vibe. My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful time here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Nice kitchen, open floor plan, ocean views and sounds and light flood the main room. You can walk to everything you need. Nat was very easy to work with and very nice. We'll come again.

Wish wee could have have stayed here
We booked this property for 3 days after spending 4 in Waikiki Beach. I was concerned on our check-in date I still didn't hear from the host on arrival instructions. We drove out to North Shore where the property is located early so we could get to know the area. We found the property and the location can't be beat. The beaches are stunning, a large grocery store, restaurants and food trucks are in walking distance. The property directly faces the ocean. At check-in time, I tried using the phone and message icons on the reservation details but those were not working. I contacted VBRO Customer Service. After researching, they indicated the host didn't upload their details and arrival instructions to the app. That is why the icons didn't work. VBRO was unable to reach the host and offered to find us alternative property until they could reach the host but I asked the reservation be cancelled and fully refunded. We booked a hotel at that point. Two days later I got a notification on the VBRO app and the host sent the arrival info, security codes, etc. I now was able to reach the host via phone and asked for a full refund, which they stated they arrange with VBRO. As of mid October, I've not received any refund and this is still pending as of mid October. I continue to follow up with VBRO America Guarantee Department. While we didn't stay in the property, from the outside and location it is a great location.

Perfect Location!
This property has the most ideal location: Waimea Bay, Three Tables Beach, Sharks Cove, Foodliner Grocery, and food trucks all within walking! That is a super big deal in light of the traffic and road construction on the only road along the North Shore! The property is exactly as pictured. We did not see any sign of bugs or pests of any sorts. As other reviewers mentioned, without AC it gets quite hot in the house in the late afternoon until sunset since it faces directly west, but it is well worth those couple of hours in order to enjoy direct views of the glorious sunset colors. The house cools down rapidly afterwards. We had a wonderful time and we all agreed that we were so very happy with this property and the nearby beaches.

Hands down, No brainer lock for a good time.
An unbelievable good time. Exactly what my family needed to decompress from the past year. We literally parked the car in the driveway and proceeded to explore the North Shore by foot, bike and sea. The perfect place to reconnect with Mother Nature and enjoy her beauty. Like I said hands down, No brainer lock for a good time.

Nothing Better in Oahu
The location is impossible to beat. Beaches to the right and left. Just steps away. The view is unreal. This is exactly what I wanted our first trip to Hawaii to be. It did not disappoint. House was perfect, view was perfect and shopping, restaurants all around. What more do you want. Our host, Nate, was accessible and a very caring host. We were able to meet him and share his excitement of his property. I can’t blame him. Thanks Nate. We will be back.

Beautiful, perfect stay!
What a beautiful place. Scenery from a post card, comfy beds, well equiped and very comfortable. Would return in a heartbeat. Walk to several beaches, short drive to even more. Stores and restaurants all close. My ONLY negative was that it would get very warm inside the house in the late afternoon. Night was comfortable enough to sleep in April. An amazing home, great owner. Thank you!

We could not have been more pleased staying at this special home right on Waimea Bay. The location couldn't be better (walking distance to beaches, snorkeling, market, and food trucks) and the view was incredible. Nothing beats an outdoor shower where you can watch the sunset and, watching whales far off in the distance!

Amazing memories at an extraordinary location!
We stayed here for a much needed family vacation in March. The weather was great and allowed us to make the most of all of the wonderful nearby perks. The location of this home is truly extraordinary, within walking distance from several amazing beaches and even lots of casual dining options. We spent every morning relaxing with a book on the lanai, looking for whales and taking in the unforgettable views. The setting for this stay was something you could never get at a resort. The sound of the waves crashing on lava rock and the northwest facing lanai made for once-in-a-lifetime sunsets as well. Thank you, to Nat for making our trip and offering helpful tips to make it even better. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible View!
The property has an upfront location on the ocean on Oahu's North Shore. You can hear the waves crashing day and night, and it does not disappoint. You are a quick walk to the local grocery store, and several excellent beaches. This is a bonus given the traffic you an experience on the North Shore. The house was clean and well appointed. Nate, who owns the place, is quick to respond to requests and questions. He met us upon check in and was helpful throughout our stay. We recommend the place!

A beautiful property with amazing views and truly one of the best sunsets anywhere on the islands! The house is nice, clean, and well appointed. Walking distance to the grocery store and to Waimea Beach. The family and I are definitely looking for a time when we can come back.

Had a great time. Perfect spot for our family. Close walk to several beaches and food trucks. Super clean and great communication with owner who checked on us often. Quiet retreat
Our family of six enjoyed our time in this quiet retreat. We sat on the porch and enjoyed watching the waves, sunsets and rain. Beaches were within walking distance. The only draw back was there is no air conditioning and the afternoons would get pretty warm in the front room. Other than that our hosts were very accommodating. We would recommend this location to friends and family.
