Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by the quintessential beach house. The main floor features an open floor plan w/ tv & sitting area, dining area & fully equipped kitchen w/ marble countertops & La Cornue stove. Additional features include vaulted ceilings w/ skylights, nautical lighting fixtures, imported New Hampshire oak floors & floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to a spacious ocean view deck w/ spiral staircase up to additional rooftop deck.

Downstairs, features an extra wide hallway that leads to the primary suite w/ California King size bed, walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom. There is also a private patio with peekaboo ocean views, water feature & large spa. Lastly, there are two additional ensuite bedrooms, one of which has direct patio access & the other is a bunkroom that sleeps 6. A bonus room w/ murphy bed, kitchenette & separate entrance finish out the space.

Located in west Malibu - Just over the hill from Westlake Village, 20mins to private aviation in Camarillo & only a short drive from shopping & dining at the Trancas Country Mart, local parks & some of the best hiking trails, beaches & surf breaks in the world.

Garbage bins (blue and brown) to be put out on street Thursday PM for pick up Friday AM. Spa and waterfall feature to be turned off when not in use.
Guest to strip all used beds (sheets and pillow cases) and put on the floor by the washer/dryer prior to checking out.
