Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by the quintessential beach house. The main floor features an open floor plan w/ tv & sitting area, dining area & fully equipped kitchen w/ marble countertops & La Cornue stove. Additional features include vaulted ceilings w/ skylights, nautical lighting fixtures, imported New Hampshire oak floors & floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to a spacious ocean view deck w/ spiral staircase up to additional rooftop deck.
Downstairs, features an extra wide hallway that leads to the primary suite w/ California King size bed, walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom. There is also a private patio with peekaboo ocean views and water feature. Lastly, there are two additional ensuite bedrooms, one of which has direct patio access & the other is a bunkroom that sleeps 6. A bonus room w/ murphy bed, kitchenette & separate entrance finish out the space.
