We have a self-check-in and check-out system via electronic lock or traditional lockboxes at each property. Although I do not live on-site, I am available if a need arises. There is only 1 parking space available, street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please be informed that elevator modernization work is tentatively scheduled to commence during the week of 8/19. The elevator will be out of service for approximately one month during this period.
